Shawen.Hannah Solutions is a full-service counseling and educational consulting practice dedicated to assisting children, adolescents, adults, and families. We offer educational testing, school placement, troubled teens and special needs consulting, tutoring, counseling, and therapy. Because each individual brings with him or her a unique set of strengths and challenges, we are committed to a very personalized approach through our services.

    With over 40 years of combined experience in teaching, counseling, educational testing, program development, independent school admissions, and case management, we are able to combine psychology and education in a unified approach. Having completed advanced graduate programs in psychology in 2006, we are well trained in current methods, research, and interventions to assist with a variety of questions about emotional, behavioral, and learning issues.

    If your student is unhappy, angry, unmotivated, struggling in school, or diagnosed with anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder give us a call to talk about it. If you suspect your child has a learning difference or your child has a diagnosed learning disability but you are unsure of how to proceed or how he or she is progressing, ask us how we may help. If social relationships, inattention, or executive functioning seem to be affecting their success, we have programs to improve these skills. We have a network of carefully screened resources to recommend locally and nationally.
